Tamales are soft corn masa dough (like a dumpling) traditionally stuffed with ground pork marinated in salsa guajillo (not spicy) and three additional surprises: a green olive, a prune and a whole almond. (salsa garnish not included). It's then wrapped in a corn husk and steamed. Can be wrapped in banana leaves instead at no additional charge. Vegan and vegetarian options too!   • These can be frozen for up to one month. To reheat, defrost in the refrigerator then steam until heated through. Remove outer paper and serve. Microwaving this product may make the masa tough so it is not recommended.
